• Assisted a leading U.S.-based commercial finance organization in the development and execution of an enterprise level data architecture program that would support all enterprise level data needs as well as provide a common and validated source for critical reporting data elements for each business segment to reference.
• Project managed an effort to build a business and technology platform to appropriately support an Institutional Asset Management group's efforts to create a best-in-class support platform including Portfolio Accounting, Performance Measurement and Client Reporting functions.
• Developed a customized commission calculation and reporting engine for the newly acquired commercial loan origination group at a global diversified bank.
• Project managed an effort to create an automated interface between a commercial lending / trading system (with integrated functional modules that support the lending process from deal building through servicing and trading) and a German regulatory reporting engine.
• Developed and implemented a comprehensive technology and operational architecture for the New York branch of a German commercial mortgage bank.
• Supported the Finance Change The Bank team with a large investment bank’s re-entry into the Commodities business, including finance specifications and testing for the implementation of a front office trading platform (TriplePoint CXL), and the downstream data feeds to the Global General Ledger.
